If you have purchased an item by mistake and find it is the wrong part, we offer a 30 day returns policy and are happy to offer replacement items, store credit or refunds, Please keep in mind that our postage policy on most of our parts is FREE POSTAGE, this is to streamline our service and make checkout simple, there is always a cost to us for postage and in the event you need to return an incorrectly purchased item return postage and original postage are at the buyers expence and cannot be refunded
If we have sent the incorrect item as per your purchase we will cover the cost of postage both ways and replace the item with the correct item at our cost
In the unlikely event you have a faulty item we offer a 14day DOA policy and will cover the item including postage, however if the item is outside of this time we will require the item to be returned to us for inspection, if a warranty issue is found the item will be replaced free of charge
